ALLWIN Informatics has won the tender for the all-inclusive refreshing of the official IVSZ portal www.ivsz.hu (Association of Hungarian Informatics, Communications and Electronics Enterprises).

In the course of the project, appearance and functionality were developed, supporting visitors’ quick orientation, according to modern Web technology demands. Background functions facilitate members’ working processes. Members of IVSZ departments and labor groups have a common group work interface for discussing occurring questions, finding member companies by means of a company search program, arranging files in a document storage system, and voting regularly online.

The Sitecore CMS system was ideal to execute the new IVSZ portal, as its user friendly interface makes content management easy to edit, and, it provides an appropriate base for further developments.

The aim of the Doktor-OK appointment making system is to make it possible for patients to make an appointment with their doctors. In return, doctors have the opportunity to register and manage their incoming patients and reservations.

Patients can search for the most suitable physician according to specialty, time and evaluation to simply make an appointment for any of their free office hours available. To get doctors and patients familiarized with each other, members’ data sheets, containing personal and/or professional data can be found on the Webpage, and an optional personal introduction video and Photosynth panorama can also be made.

To support doctors and hospitals, the appointment-making chart is managed by an application with Silverlight technology which allows for instant connection with the server, thus the user is immediately informed about the actual changes.

Doktor-OK offers a fully comprehensive solution for doctors to register their patients and appointments, just as patients can also manage appointment-making as well as their records of previous personal treatments online.

The Website www.pixistudio.hu was designed and created on the basis of Pixi’s unique ideas. First, we worked out Pixi’s creative image, and then an innovative Website was created for their fascinating company profile.

During the project, we cooperated in forming creative conceptions, photo editing and carrying out elaborate plans and ideas. Apart from graphic design, several innovative technologies support user experience, such as Microsoft Silverlight animations, Pivot gallery and colorful interactions.

The mission of the Webpage is to reflect the company’s unique activity and inspiring artistic energies. Pixi’s leading professionals are introduced and the visitor can get to know their selection of products, references and services, for example: makeup, hair style, mask, costume lending, and the latest trends are available in the Pixi Blog section.

The site otthonplaza.hu was the assignment of Otthon Pláza real estate agency.

The portal offers all-inclusive support for the operation of the client’s agency, and it includes a real estate database, an ERP module, and a Web appearance, as well.

By means of visiting the site, users can seek for estates suitable for their conceptions and priorities. The portal also facilitates the work of Otthon Plaza employees, as it supports the electronic working processes of the agency. The system matches enquirers and estates found in the database; its operation is simple and transparent. In the search engine users can set parameters of the required estates, and with that they go to the list of specific properties, and here they can find the major features of estates suitable for them. Additionally, the application also comprises an automatic message sender system, which provides users with all the newly added estates in accordance with users’ search options.

We created a solution that supports the management of real estate agencies; furthermore, it offers Web accessibility for the appearance of real estate ads.

We offer this solution especially for starter agencies, and for enterprises that would like to have a Web appearance of high standard, considering that all these systems are introduced with a unique corporate identity for each client we work with.

The assignment of the medical portal http://www.doctorsandpatients.ca/ popular in Ontario, Canada was created especially for doctors and patients with a customized, new design.

The aim of the project is to provide an uploading interface for various pieces of news and articles in medical topics. Articles appear not only on the Webpage, but registered users are also informed about the actual news through a newsletter-sending function.

All pieces of information that appear on the page can be edited and modified easily, and due the CMS system Webpage content is updated weekly to satisfy its visitors’ interests. Besides, anyone has the possibility to comment on particular topics, in the form of personal comments, which can be modified or deleted, as well. Medical forms, however, are available for registered users only. The portal is popular and special as all its article topics are of general interest and are taken from everyday life but with an extraordinary approach. Users can learn extra pieces of information and opinions about questions they are interested in to widen their existing ideas.

The project was an assignment of Delta Sales Consulting. The electronic ERP system covers and supports all the internal activities of the company. The software is developed to fit the Delta Sales profile; it is not a public interface, and it supports internal working processes. The major feature of the system is that all work processes can be registered, from beginning to end. Some of these processes are:

• financial processes (managing incoming and outgoing invoices)
• tender observations
• training processes
• propositions

One of the advantages of the system is that data and information is stored in an organized and structured way, so that they are at the user’s disposal and they are easily traceable at any time. The system also has a CRM function, which supports, for example, meeting deadlines, having partnership meetings, managing partners’ database, and launching campaigns. Another benefit is that the software is made with the latest Microsoft technologies and therefore it can be simply developed and upgraded.

The aim of Suzuki with the creation of this actual Webpage is to provide an online appearance for the Company’s cooperation with MOB (Hungarian Olympic Committee).

Beyond the public Webpages the system supports the organization of an online game for the user group defined by Suzuki.

The 2010 Winter Olympic Games were organized on the Webpage.

The system operates the designing function of the “New Hungary Rural Development Program” through a Web application.

The aim is to provide a standardized planning template for designer groups. Hundreds of people work with the application throughout Hungary; therefore its development and support is a great assignment for ALLWIN.

The final project is generated into a pre-defined designing template (PowerPoint).

Major functions:

• Status-analysis of designer groups and townships
• Handling priorities and measurements
• Preparation (designing) of proposals concerning rural development issues
• Preparation of standardized rural development plans at the push of a button
• Status reports: Ad-hoc, nationwide, regional, state secretarial, weekly, monthly reports

Report Developing

The company needed to make a report able to show deviations in various accounting systems merged together. For the management of this project, we explored the actual connecting systems, and subsequently, based on the data model, we carried out the report in Oracle.

 
Work-flow Management

The aim of the project was to bring together the international department processes of the company, and to integrate foreign subsidiary companies into the assignment.
Our mission was to map and re-design varied processes with a great range of cues and steps, along with supporting them with IT systems.
In order to achieve international operation, an English version of documentation was required.

The Web application created in .NET collects information about customer service in a specified banking sphere through surveys (Mystery Shopping).

The aim was to gather survey information gained from visitors to provide analysts with data for making assessments.

The system includes the specific category of business intelligence (scoring and ranking) which will serve as a basis for further analyses and reports (PowerPoint, Excel)

One of the founders of ALLWIN used to be responsible for the development and support of Pannon data warehouse, managing the overall control of services by CLEWARE and its subsidiaries for Pannon.
His scope of duties included coordinating the team of developers, creating and managing internal processes, the preparation of strategic decision-making and the preparations for accounting.
