Round 1: we browse through the CVs received, and invite the most fitting candidates for a personal interview.
Round 2: for developers, the recruitment process consists of 2 rounds most of the time. We often ask you to bring along and present the source code of your latest project, hobby or university assignment, if possible. Our lead developers participate at the the interviews and ask professional questions. For some positions an English language telephone interview may be needed.
Feedback: we try to give you a feedback as soon as possible, for both positive or negative results.
